Co-Founder

Elisée Joseph

Elisée is a strategic entrepreneur with a multi-sector background in technology, agriculture, logistics, and business development. He leads OmniCore group’s global direction, partnership development, and long-term growth strategy. His experience operating ventures across the U.S., Africa, and the Middle East allows him to design lean, efficient business systems that scale quickly. Elisée focuses on company expansion, team leadership, and ensuring that every OmniCore division operates with innovation and operational excellence.

Co-Founder & Director of Operations (Africa)

Clement Mutambo

Clement is an experienced operations leader with strong expertise in agriculture, supply chain management, and community-level development across Zambia and the region. As Co-Founder, he oversees OmniCore’s African operational strategy, vendor relationships, and on-ground execution of new projects. Clement is known for building reliable networks, simplifying logistics, and ensuring that all initiatives maintain high quality and efficiency. His leadership is essential to OmniCore’s growth across Africa.

Finance & Accounting Specialist

Jane Nankonde

Jen manages financial operations across OmniCore group. including budgeting, internal accounting, vendor payments, and compliance. She ensures fiscal discipline across all divisions, from agriculture to energy and mining supply operations. Jen plays a critical role in tracking expenditures, maintaining financial health, and supporting long-term growth plans. Her strong organizational skills and financial oversight make her a key part of OmniCore’s management team.

Director of Communications (International)

Kristin Duarte

Kristin leads the company’s communication strategy across global markets, ensuring consistent messaging for investors, partners, and international stakeholders. She manages presentations, documentation, and brand communications for OmniCore’s multi-sector ventures. Kristin supports expansion efforts in the U.S., UAE, and Africa through clear communication and strong relationship-building. Her professional approach helps OmniCore maintain a unified brand voice worldwide.

OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP

Director of Operations (Zambia)

Justin Lewis Chibuye

Justin oversees all on-ground operations for OmniCore in Zambia, making him one of the most essential leaders in the organization. He manages daily logistics, workforce supervision, procurement, and execution of multi-sector projects. With strong experience in agriculture, local supply operations, and export-related activities, Justin ensures that production targets are met consistently. He is known for his reliability, hands-on leadership, and ability to turn strategy into real results. Justin serves as the key link between OmniCore’s leadership team and successful field execution.

Operations Coordinator (Client Relations)

Mwalize Mutambo

Mwalize supports OmniCore group by managing client communication, preparing documentation, and coordinating key operational tasks remotely. He plays an important role in connecting potential clients with the operations team and ensuring all paperwork is handled professionally. His strong communication skills and reliability help maintain smooth workflows across multiple projects. Mwalize is a dependable member of the operations team, providing consistent support to leadership and partners.

Assistant Director of Global Operations

Diderot Junior

Diderot Junior serves as OmniCore group’s Assistant Director of Global Operations, supporting coordination between the U.S. and Zambia. He manages key documentation, compliance tasks, and communication with suppliers and clients to keep operations running smoothly. Working closely with the Co-Founders and Operations Director, he helps execute approvals, streamline workflows, and maintain high standards across all cross-border activities. His reliability and attention to detail make him a valuable part of the OmniCore operations team.
